CUSTOMIZE IN 3 EASY STEPS:
1. CHOOSE YOUR PEDOMETER.
Choose a pedometer from our in-stock selection. Note: Not all in-stock models are customizable. Check the description next to each model to see if the pedometer has room for the label as shown (A). If not, the label can be added to the outside of the box for a custom look (B).

2. SEND US YOUR ARTWORK
E-mail us your art file. Please provide your LARGEST, best quality, highest resolution artwork available. Read the FAQ below for acceptable file types. If you don't have artwork but want wording on the label, our art department will create a mock-up for your approval.

3. PLACE YOUR ORDER.
Attach the artwork to the online order form. You are also welcome to e-mail artwork at pedometers@steptrek.com

FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS:
HOW MANY COLORS ARE INCLUDED IN THE COST FOR IMPRINTING?
There is no limit to the number of colors on your imprint. However, because the imprint area is limited in size, we recommend a clean, simple design for best results.

WILL MY LOGO, SLOGAN OR ARTWORK FIT ON THE PEDOMETER?
The label available for imprinting is shown above. Use this as a reference. Steptrek has an experienced art department and will put together a mock-up of the label to show you what the final design will look like. There is no charge for this service.

WHAT IS THE SIZE OF THE VINYL LABEL?
The size of the imprint area is 1" tall by 1 3/8" wide. You do not need to adjust your artwork to fit. We will do that when creating the label.

WHAT KIND OF ART FILE SHOULD I SEND?
If you have a department that handles art files, we prefer Illustrator eps files. Otherwise, send the LARGEST size .TIF or .JPEG file (300 dpi), or high quality PDF file. We will resize the artwork. The better artwork you provide us, the better the results.

I DON'T HAVE A LOGO OR ARTWORK. I ONLY WANT WORDING ON THE PEDOMETER.
No problem. Our art department will put together a design with your organization's name and/or slogan at no extra charge.

IS THERE A MINIMUM QUANTITY?
Yes, there is a 25 pc. minimum on all pedometer orders, so there is a 25 pc. minimum for the vinyl labels. Price is for a single design. If you would like more than one design on your order, there is a $50.00 artwork charge.

HOW LONG DOES IT TAKE TO RECEIVE MY CUSTOM ORDER?
Custom imprinted in-stock pedometer orders are usually shipped 2 - 4 days after payment is confirmed. Rush orders are available for an additional charge.
